Hello Miss Jessica.

I am sitting here, 3 days before I go back to beautiful South Dakota. God has put me at peace with my decision of leaving.

He had both opportunities here and there, and my opportunities in South Dakota are more beneficial for me, so I am excited

to head back. Next week I am going on the International Student trip and cannot wait! I am so excited to go again and get

to know people's cultures. This time, I have decided though, that I am actually going to stay in touch with people rather than

just go and get too caught up in life.

I applied for a couple child care jobs in Sioux Falls and am hoping to get one. This one family just moved to Sioux Falls from

Colorado and are looking for a strong Christian to take care of their 14 - month - old. They need a provider until September

which is perfect for the time that I am in Sioux Falls. Keep me in your prayers on the childcare job hunt because I feel that is

where I want to be right now.

Life right now is not necessarily good, but getting better each day. I know that South Dakota is where I want to be, and I am

ready to get back to my life led by the Lord. As well, I would love to start meeting with you again, and since I basically get to

decide what day I want to come to Brookings right now, I want to know what days work best for you my darlin'. Just let me

know so I can get the chance to see you in person!

Thanks Jessica! I am doing good. Doing a lot of just nonsensical stuff, work and just sleeping. I haven't really done anything with anyone which I want to change, but I am keeping myself busy. Getting antsy and really excited for Disney. I kind of want it to be time already. How are you doing on your wondrously short break?

So Jessica, I was thinking about you and decided to write you a message. I don't know what I am going to do without our weekly meetings next semester. They truly are a blessing to me, you truly are a blessing to me. Going away makes me realize what I am losing to pursue my dreams. Don't dreams change? How do I know this is what I want. When I decided Disney it was when I was in high school, without God, without understanding of what real love is. All I had was my aching heart and my big dreams. I don't need those big dreams anymore to make me happy. I will get through this next semester, I am just saying, how do I know it's where God wants me anymore.

I just hope you are doing okay. I hope your thanksgiving is going well. I will see you in three days.

School is pretty amazing. I've made sooo many friends this year. It's pretty rockin'. So you've added English Education to your school schedule now? Sheesh...I thought I was busy. Oooh. Saturday we had a Star Party. I thought about asking you for help cuz me and my roommate had to point out the constellations. We were given this HUGE laser. Several people called it a light saber! A pretty great way to waste threeeeeee hours.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems Jess. For me, just so you don't worry, I am doing very well. I have lost seven pounds this summer by doing the healthy trying to eat right and exercising. I wish that I could be down in Nebraska with you, it just sounds like home is a mess. I understand that, at least. I mean, when things got bad, I would just laugh them off and pretend that everything was all right. I was really good at putting on a mask.

Jessica, you are beautiful - inside and out. I know it may not mean a whole lot coming from me, because sometimes for you, it's hard to believe. I get that too. I have had self-image issues all my existence. Okay, not all my existence, but the moment I hit puberty and had hips and was all of the sudden what society views as obese. I think for all of us women it's an issue that we have to continually work on overcoming. And I know you know that changing the way you look cannot fix everything. It starts from the inside, and inside you are absolutely amazing. A wonderful, brilliant, bright shining girl. I wish you could see you through my eyes, because Jess, the things you do, the people you affect, it's just awesome. You are just awesome, and I know we need to get together soon. With gas and everything here it has been utterly difficult. Just hang in there girl. I know you can fight, you are a fighter. Soon, you shall be back at SDSU, where I think the majority of us wish we were already.

My parents are good, we all work a lot so we don't see each other much, but we are doing better - most of the time. I did see Zaki before he left, and when he gets back Annie and I are going to go visit him in Kansas, so nah, it's not hard. I am just a bit confused about boys. I am steering away from them, but sometimes that can be difficult. I finally met a Jacob fan, eh? I am a huge Edward fan...gotta say. I don't know why, but I just am in love with Vampires, and Edward. I just don't know. I feel that Jacob in a lot of ways is really immature and needs a different kind of girl than Bella. I don't know, but my hypothesis about what is going to happen in Breaking Dawn is that Edward becomes human. I just have this feeling. We'll see. August 2nd cannot come soon enough. I am reading another book that just came out by Stephanie Meyer called the Host, and then on to the books you lent me. I am just in an obsessed phase of Stephanie because she is an awesome author.

And really truly Jessica, I love you too. I am so glad that God has put you into my life because you as well are this light in my day. I enjoy being around you and still getting to know you more. How is working on your dad's farm going? Is it slowing down at all? And how is your brother and that whole girl thing? And how are your parents? and most importantly, how are you? I am glad to know that you are reading Captivating, such a good book. I need to read it again. User Image

I miss you too, much so. That is so amazing what's happening with Brandon! Awesome! I am so excited. Summer is crazy for me. I am still battling with the depression front. I need to seek help now and I know that, but at the same time, I feel that I have to give it to God, which I have not done. Don't get me wrong, I have amazing days, but I have really bad days too. Awesome things at work are happening, I am building strong bonds that are going to be hard to leave at the end of the summer. Work has improved. I am in the middle of Eclipse! Twilight and New Moon were so awesome. yay. I love it. I keep myself extremely busy, but its good. I have a couple prayer requests, being home is really hard, so yeah, It's just hard. and um, just pray that I get into my bible more because I am not. I still have my connection with God, just sometimes it's harder and I have not been to church in the last two weeks, which is bad, but Sunday is my not work day, so sometimes I just want to do nothing because all I do is work. I miss you. Soon we shall see each other, I have this weird feeling at some point next month I will have to take time off to see you, so it's happening. I love you girly, keep strong, and I will be praying for you.

The getting into shape is coming along great actually. Or, it's starting. Wednesday I joined Curves, and started my workout. It's pretty intense. I meant to go yesterday as well, but I was terribly ill. I have been completely 100% diagnosed with exercise induced asthma. I now have an inhaler, and it's the best thing since sliced bread! I don't get short of breath or die while working out. It could as well be the steroid I am on too that is giving me this kind of "high." I am only on it for 5 days, don't worry, it's just for the inflammation I got over at Danny's house last weekend and the bonfire. Know that I am praying for you as well Jessica. I am praying that things get better for you and I do truly hope they will. My friend situation is kind of iffy, but I am working on it. I have a lot to deal with in the whole friend thing. Work is a day to day thing. I am enjoying it right now, but I kind of feel just like I am getting back into the rhythm, not really going forward, so I am continuing my job hunt. After the 23 is okay with me, that will give me more time to save money to come see you! I am going to go shower now because I am all sweaty and gross after my second heavy workout, and i am loving the working out. It really feels great! I will talk to you later darlin', make sure to keep in touch, and if you are ever in real serious need to talk, you can always call me. User Image

I am terribly bad at remembering what we talked about on the way to Dairy Queen. We have talked about so much that there is a lot I am working on. So far, summer has been terribly difficult. I have been working and really don't like my job anymore, but I cannot quit until I find another one. I will be praying for you Jessica, as you have been on my mind as well and I miss you terribly. We will have to get together soon, and guess what? I am driving again. Yay! Anyways, if you need special prayer for anything let me know, you could be praying for me just for the job search and the friend front.
