Well I'm supposed to watch the caffeine intake. Which I usually do. Over the summer it's a little hard to watch myself, cause I don't think about, because I don't have to worry about being awake at 6am.
My doctor also said doing something relaxing, like reading some before I go to bed is good too.

I don't just stay up all night though, it's sporadic, I sleep when I can, and I'm awake when I can't. And I do usually take stuff to help, but over summer I slow down because it's not good to take sleeping medications over long periods of time.

I can't really help it, I'm pretty much an insomniac, it;s just usually never this drastic.
