Too often we take for granted the things that make life interesting. Too often we focus on the bad things that happen to us. But we should remind ourselves of the possibility of a bright future ahead of us. Where do we go from here? Wherever our heart desires. So what is it you wish for?

Mistakes will happen, people will get hurt. There will be times we wish we could take it all back, but our desires will fall on deaf ears. It is through regret that we learn compassion, and empathy that we learn forgiveness. Our past deeds are forever a part of us, but we cannot dwell on the past forever. We must learn to forgive ourselves. So make sure yours is a life without regret in the end.

Big, small, strong, weak, animal, human. Regardless of the form they come in, true friends will always be there for you. No matter the distance, no matter the hardships… The bonds of true friendship will never break. Together there is nothing insurmountable. There will be times we lose contact. But we know that even time does not dull our bonds. So wish your friends the best life has to offer, because life is too short to enjoy without friends.

In our dark universe, everyone has the capacity for cruelty, selfishness, hate, and fear. Sometimes we forget to show a little compassion, love, and bravery to our fellow man and woman. So long as we remember to do that from time to time… We can shed a little light in this cold, dark universe.

We can go through our whole lives without experiencing some of the most amazing gifts it has to offer. Sometimes, the very thing we’re looking for is right under our nose. There are many untold stories out there, waiting to be read… waiting for be heard. So make your story a good one. No. Make it a great one.

Some go their whole lives without connecting to another person. Making enemies is easy. Making friends is difficult. Finding someone to share your life with? Well that’s the challenge in life, isn’t it? We needn’t go through life by ourselves. Times may be rough, and there will be fights, but the end is worth it. And together, we can make the universe feel a little less lonely.

But so little time to do everything. In the grand scheme of things, our time in this universe is but a blip. But it’s not about the length of time we remain here. It’s about how we use it. We have one shot to make our mark in history. So make sure you live your life to the fullest.
