Memories consume his mind.

I've been cursed.

Bad luck descends over me,

A failure is all I am,

Should I take a gun,

Would I be better off dead?

This pain is killing me.

When you look at me you see a smiling girl.

Yet behind that fake smile

There is always a tear.

How do you manage to put a smile on my face

Whilst tears are threatening to fall from these eyes of sorrow?

How did you know the real me is deep inside of myself,

Dying to break free,

When that I could not even see?

The way you look at me,

It penatrates my soul.

It gives me the feeling of being once again whole.

The feelings you give me

Sends shivers down my back

This is something I wish they would lack.

But when I'm lying in bed alone

I just wish none of it was real.

The pain is to much to bear when you not around

"Can't Fake it Anymore"
I can't keep on smiling,

I can't deal with this anymore.

Trying to focus on the road that's ahead of me,

But the past keeps pulling me back.

I don't know what to do anymore.

I need to put a stop to the pain that goes on inside my head

I keep telling myself it's gonna get better

Hoping just leads to pain.

Im popping pills just so I can no longer feel.

Trying so hard but I can no longer advance.

Seems as though every time I take one step forward I take two

And I'm drowning in my pain.

I try to rough it through,

But I can't take this pain any longer.

They say what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

You'd have to be a superman to carry what I deal with ...
