This is Name-chan's character, Marina, also known as TempestFin. She controls wind and water, and can boost both ShockWombat and FoxFire in battle. Of course, she does a goodly bit of damage of her own! She's also a shapechanger, able to change her legs into a mer-fin when she gets into the water!
