O-O; I'm honestly not that surprised but... a lot of my series are still on-going this week (except of Madoka Magica). They're a bit delayed (raw and subs), but that's still better than "temporarily suspended".

Technically, it means "recklessly bold". So I'm thinking that she's saying that courage can lead to disasters if you proceed without a plan. o . O;
