Hi hi, I'm Lily, I love Christmas!! It's my fave time of year! I like it because, to me, it's not about a religious holy day, but it's about people of all different backgrounds and beliefs coming together to celebrate peace and joy. It's a time when giving and generosity are at their peak, and when people realize that receiving a present isn't half as good as giving one. I celebrate Christmas time, not for a month, not for a season, but for an entire year, every year. That's because Christmas is not just a holiday that people recognize on December 25th (and technically the 24th), but it's an attitude that should last the whole year round! A feeling of generosity and giving, of joy and peace, of happiness and togetherness. An attitude that results in families growing closer together, people being more forgiving, and fighting and hatred becoming nothing more than a distant memory. That's why I love Christmas.
