I'm a 19 year old HS graduate from the Finger Lakes region of NY state. I hope to enroll in college when I can get some funding straightened out and some bills paid off. I'm currently unemployed, without transport, and trying to learn to drive. Not going well because I have anxiety issues. I'm also an insomniac. It's like 7am and I haven't slept yet.I'm Bi, married to my first male love, and have been with him for over three years now. Only guy I've ever even kissed, lol. How about that? I guess I got lucky. We now also have a beautiful baby girl.
I have a teeeensy self-destructive streak. Big fan of physical pain. I love all forms of body modification. It is only due to lack of funds that I have so few mods. (An ankle tat, 1 nostril piercing, 6 ear peircings, and I used to have my eyebrow done but it ripped out when I turned over in my sleep. (Didn't even wake up, lol)
My other passions are writing, (novels, poems, you name it) book collecting, finding flaws in the movie versions of books, (don't EVEN get me started on the Twilight saga) being there for my friends, endless research projects, herbalism, animal activism, gay rights activism, and several other -isms.
By the time I graduate college I hope to be an Interfaith Minister and own a New Age bookstore/supply shop. (I'm Wiccan btw, though I don't really think one's religion should affect your veiw of them.)
I have no artistic talent in areas of music or painting whatsoever and am only poor to "ok" with pencils or oil pastels. When I feel artistic I usually prefer to paint with the words of the english language.
Media Interests:
I have very eclectic tastes in music and I usually like the following genres:
Classical (Bach, Bethovin, Chopin, etc), Hard Rock, Southern Rock, Metal (Mostly Heavy Metal, Stoner Metal, and Hair Metal), Punk, Electronic, Rave/Techno, Trance, Celtic Folk Music, and Rap Rock. But I also like the occasional song from any other genre of music.
As far as video games go, the only games I usually don't play are 1st person shooters. I love puzzles, strategy, rpg's(my favorite), casual games, and some racing games. (mostly Burnout games)
I read everything.
