Warm bodies intertwined by outdoor fires,
With only the light of the moon to rely on,
And the beauty of her one true love to gaze upon,
Helplessly losing herself in their eyes,
Thoughts of "together forever" fleetingly passing by,
Kisses that melt the coldness of their hearts,
With no desire to let their lips part,
Passion unrelenting,
Love otherwise feared, emotion_heartbroken
Until her lover found her at her most broken and dared to love her there,
Candle-lit dinners, specially made,
Unforgiving emotions upon which depression previously preyed,
Now blooming in love, desire, affection and lust,
Giving birth to forgiveness, hope, freedom and trust,
Silent stares that scream "I Love You",
Whispers in her ear of "I Love You Too",
Melting at her core in complete surrender,
Afraid no more of the pain life could render,
Strength in each other until death do them part,
Having found peace in each others hearts,
A love of fairy-tales becoming real,
A broken soul no longer afraid to feel,
Happy at last as they both deserve,
As no one deserves to be alone in this world,
But,
A poet is as she dreams, emotion_rainbow
As reality pulls her apart at the seams,
Lying to herself to ease the pain,
Drowning herself in torrent rains,
She's stares in the mirror,
With tear stained eyes,
And convinces herself that she's too weak to have cried,
With a heavy heart she stares at her reflection.
As she reminds herself of something that she already knew,
"For some these dreams are a way of life but never for you..."
