hmm im not 100% on this but see the tab with the word tools on at the top? click that and look for tempory internet files and delete them. dont worry it wont hurt your computer. these files build up when you surf the net and can clutter up your computer. if you dont see it it might be under "browsing history"

do you use internet explorer? fire fox? or maybe chrome?
