I've never been good at introducing myself on these things. I don't come here often and mostly use it for my friends who weren't cool enough to handle MySpace. xP

Anyway, I'm 21 and a senior at UTPA in Edinburg, Texas. I am majoring in English and, via alternative certification, will hopefully be teaching by next August, if not sooner.

I love cartoons and rarely watch "normal" television save for Scrubs and occasionally Mind of Mencia and the Colbert Report. My passion is writing and I am currently working on getting my damn webzine up and running. It's proving a right challenge, though. My favorite movies are comedies. I have yet to see a recent horror movie that's decent and most romance movies make me wanna puke.

My pet peeves? I can't stand people who take everything personal or who act like their drama is the center of the universe. You've been hurt? Put your big girl panties on and deal with it! I have been with my boyfriend for almost four years now and, though we've certainly seen our share of s**t, I wouldn't want to be with anyone else. Yeah, he can be a pain, but I love him.
