OMG I HAVE A FROSSLASS AND A ROSELIA THAT DID THAT. gonk I'm going to evolve him into a Roserade even though he's pretty much useless as anything but a Spikes breeder due to lack of training because I've got Shiny Stones out the a** and I feel sorry for their size difference.

I believe wild Gengar exist via dongling. I haven't done it myself.
