Appearance: About 5'7", Duskryn is tall for her age, with a slim and fit, but pleasing build, with curvy hips, a trim waist, nicely toned arms and torso, and long graceful legs.
Her cropped hair, dark and spiked, shows off her slender neckline, with loose tendrils framing her sharp face. Shining blue-grey eyes, customarily outlined in coal, are accented by soft pink lips, high cheek bones, and the small black horns that appear just below her peaked hairline.
Her left ear is pierced three times, at the lobe, and midpoint, and her right three times, two at the lobe, and one in the cartilage, each bearing small tokens of her travels worked onto silver hooks. She also has her navel pierced, inside a ring of black tattooed flames that flare out to encircle a few less showing regions of her body.
The tail that she was born with is now non-existent, having been removed when she was an infant in an attempt at placing her into a human orphanage.
Her clothes, mostly black or violet are comfortable and versatile, not flashy, although she is fond of long skirts, and leather dance slippers. Her shirts vary from cotton shift, to tunic, to corset or tight fitting wool, and pants, when she wears them are of sturdy black cotton, or leather.
Personality: Duskryn is easy going with friends, and quick to laugh, but fierce, and confident, and is not afraid to chase after what she wants. She may come off as bitter to outsiders, but assuredly, it is only to protect herself from repeating prior lapses in judgment of character.
Highly possessive of her friends, she will fight doggedly for any of them.
With clearly visible strength, she unfortunately has the ability to scare off most prospects, but when confronted with a romance, and the possibility of love she is highly loyal and attentive, showing all that lies beneath her rough exterior.

Weapons: Preferring hand to hand combat, Duskryn only carries around a small set of concealed knives, but owns numerous other large blades.

Other: Duskryn, abandoned at birth by her father, a writer from Britain, and her mother, a Parisian courtesan, she grew up in the streets, going in and out of orphanages, until her thirteenth birthday on which she boarded a boat to England to search for her father. Just recently going back to the place she calls home, she is living a meager life, just barely able to rent a few rooms on a back street.
