The girl and guy are Overlord Lahral and Beauty Queen (aspiring Overlord) Etna. Etna was formerly Lahral's servant but they have a huge blowout and she leaves and decides to become an overlord of another planet. Due to the fact that she leaves her employment before changing her title she has to work all the way from the title of clumsy school girl to overlord. To get the title of overlord she has to kill another overlord. Anywho you might actually like the mangas they're entitled Disgaea.
