So anyway, about me... My name is Torilei, but I prefer to be called Lei. I am in my junior year of college, making me twenty-one years old. I have a wonderful mother and a fantastic sister at home along with more pets than I care to mention.
I love to roleplay when I'm busy avoiding school work (like now!). I'm always looking to join a roleplay, so please PM me if you're a roleplayer as well. I enjoy 1-on-1's more, but I will join a group if you can get me to overcome my shyness. I have roleplayed Dragonriders of Pern, Fantasy/Medieval, Harry Potter, Fantasy/Modern, Fruits Basket, and AngelxDemon in the past, but I am always open to try a new genre.
Language is the love of my life. I enjoy nothing more than playing with words and learning new languages. I speak nearly fluent French, which I took for five years in middle/early high school before my schedule forbade me from furthering my French studies. I took a year of Latin and Spanish as well, and I am now attempting to teach myself Arabic. If you speak any foreign language and are willing to share, please, please, PLEASE contact me.
Last, but most definitely not least, I adore ice skating. I am just learning myself (because there's clearly an abundance of ice here in Florida), and I would appreciate any tips better skaters can give me. My goal is to become a great spinner. The jumps sound scary (and yet somehow fun), but I love spinning. Evgeni Plushenko is my absolute favorite figure skater, closely followed by Johnny Weir. I also love Stéphane Lambiel because he is the world's best spinner. In pairs/dancing, I love Shen and Zhao, Davis and White, and Virtue and Moir.
In college, I am majoring in psychology while pursuing a pre-med track. I'm planning on applying for med school to become a psychiatrist, but who knows what will happen.
