Even with the celebration still in order, the young sniper was tense, eyes watching expectantly. He knew by now that anything can happen in this line of work and to never let his guard down despite the gentle coaxes of his squad to 'settle down'. Piers wasn't the type, a workaholic if you will. But when he noticed a new face, it gained his attention.. He turned to face the other, question in his normally intense features. "..Yes..?"
The Medic lowered his clipboard and sighed. "Entschuldigen Sie bitte. I haff not had zhe time to look at zhe papers. Velcome to RED. I am Dr. Schultze."
The young ace of the team rubbed his tired eyes in an irritated manner as his hands idly fumbled with the crosshairs of his sniper in a futile attempt to pass the time. It'd been days since Piers and his team set up camp and kept the enemies at a minimum. No leads left the whole team frustrated and antsy as all hell, just hoping they'd get a lead but with each passing hour their hopes were starting to fade and collect dust. Piers' as well. The sniper didn't make it a habit of running on little to no sleep, but with an enemy popping up at every corner no one was safe while they rested. For now however, everything seemed to have calmed down. Abruptly, almost. This was unsettling to Piers, so as of now, he'd keep watch while the others took a break from the hell they've had the misfortune of having to stay in. Releasing a long, dragged out sigh Piers went back to scoping out the area deciding to give it a once over for the fourth time. Though the moment the BSAA member began he felt a hand creep up his shoulder thus causing the young ace to whip around with his rifle in hand and finger resting on the trigger. A kid? That was unexpected. He must be lost or something, but how the hell did he get past the rest of his team? Piers gritted his teeth in frustration and lowered his rifle away from the kid that stood in front of him. "Sneaking up on an armed soldier isn't a great idea, especially with infected crawling around." The sniper glanced around the room at the very thought of infected that could be lugging about. Realizing the coast was clear Piers turned his attention back to the kid, shifting his weight from one foot to the other and wiping away some sweat that ran down the back of his neck. "Anyway, how'd you get in here? This area is restricted."
"mmm...vell zhen..If you do not have any other business, zhen leave, herr." he narrowed his eyes "es sei denn, Sie wollen zum Abschluss auf meinem OP-Tisch..." //*Unless you want to wind up on my operating table*\
