I bought a house, and thought of how nice it would've been for you to visit me. I had a child, and thought about the compliments you'd have given him. I see your brother active on Facebook and sometimes I want to message him, in hopes of being closer to you. He has a life of his own now, and I don't want to intrude. It must be hard for him, to lose half of himself. I guess I never thought of it that way, does that make me selfish? It's been a while since we've last spoke, since we've shared laughs and happiness together. I wish I could tell you goodbye as you leave to university in the morning, but you're just not here. We'd say them after talking to each other just hours previously. Those were good times for us..
For years you were my only true friend. You were the only one to really understand me in a way nobody else could.
How did we get so separated from each other?
There were days we'd go without sleep just to talk to each other, and when it came time for you to go off to university I'd get sad and you'd smile one last time before saying goodbye.
One day that stopped happening, but I can't put my finger on which day that was. It just .. happened.
"Indeed" "Chumchumchum~" Those things make me nostalgic.
I love you, and I hope you've found new freedom in a body that works for you.
