About
Hey! My name is Jason, But just call me Uke Kite
My birth date is on August 12 (get me gifts) =D
I got my name from the hit anime and video game, .Hack//G.U(game),.Hack//ROOTS(Anime)
I'd tell you some stuff about the game but if you just happen to be playing the game i don't want to spoil some of the good stuff ^^
here is one of my fav. pictures of Azure kite:
His nick name is Azure Flame (Also why they call him Azure kite..Hack is not the only anime i like though, I also like Naruto,Burst angle,Inuyasha,Shaman king,And many more that i just don't want to type hehe. I like Random friends request and also hoping for them ^^; Well i guess that is all you need to know about me, Uke Kite, oh wait, one more thing, i like to donate, sometimes even really good stuff so be nice to me!!! i wikipedia'd this stuff because i was bored Azure Kite appears within the fictional MMORPG "The World R:2". He is a Twin Blade-type character who resembles a corrupted, stitched-together version of Kite, the original protagonist from the first four .hack games, who played in the original "The World". Most of the time only one of his eyes are visible (the other one being covered by his hair), and they stare blankly without focus. He also does not talk, and only breathes loudly and growls. Azure Kite carries two triple-edged blades known as the "Empty Skies", and has access to a powerful skill called Data Drain which can only be used by the Azure Knights and the eight Epitaph users. He can also transform into a floating azure orb of light to travel, and often arrives at areas in this form, surrounded by azure flames.
Azure Kite is an artificial intelligence rather than a player character in The World R:2, and appears to exist to destroy computer viruses and AIDA within the game. He is often mistaken as "Tri-Edge"
[edit] Appearances
[edit] .hack//Roots
In .hack//Roots, an anime series, Azure Kite first appears in episode 9, just before Ovan and his Twilight Brigade open the supposed path to the Key of the Twilight. He reappears in episode 13, briefly repairing an error and entering the "Hulle Granz Cathedral" area. When Haseo, the protagonist, arrives at the cathedral, he witnesses his friend Shino being killed by Tri-Edge, and Azure Kite leaving the area. Shino falls into a coma in real life, and Haseo draws the conclusion that Azure Kite, often mistaken as "Tri-Edge" by most, is to blame. Azure Kite then attacks the character Phyllo in episode 14, but leaves before defeating him. In episode 17, Azure Kite finds and attacks Ovan, but is injured and forced to escape. Haseo, on a quest of revenge to find Azure Kite, battles him by the end of the series. Azure Kite wins and Data Drains Haseo, who does not fall comatose.
[edit] .hack//G.U. Vol.1//Rebirth
In .hack//G.U. Vol.1//Rebirth, Azure Kite is the main antagonist. Taking off where the anime ended, Haseo again sets out to find and stop Azure Kite. He chases Azure Kite through The World R:2, and faces him in the end as the final boss. After the battle, Azure Kite reforms by using Drain Heart, a very powerful form of Data Drain, and transforms into the "Azure Flame God", a powerful form similar to the "Avatars" used by Haseo and other characters in the .hack//G.U. franchise. Haseo defeats him with the power of Skeith, his own avatar, and Azure Kite is seemingly destroyed.
[edit] .hack//G.U. Vol.2//Reminisce
In .hack//G.U. Vol.2//Reminisce, Azure Kite reappears with two allies, Azure Balmung and Azure Orca, similarly corrupted versions of Balmung and Orca from the previous games, together being known as the "Three Azure Knights". This is a throwback to Kite, Balmung and Orca all having Azure in their titles (Kite of the Azure Flames, Balmung of the Azure Sky, and Orca of the Azure Sea). AIDA copies Orca and Balmung's appearance to fight in the game Arena but are ultimately destroyed by the true Azure Knights. The three attack Ovan, but are defeated.
[edit] .hack//G.U. Vol.3//Redemption
In .hack//G.U. Vol.3//Redemption, it is revealed that Aura created the Three Azure Knights to delete AIDA. When Aura uses Aina's PC body as a vessal, the Azure Knights attack when Haseo and company get close, mistakingly believing Haseo and the others means her harm. Proving effectively immortal, they only cease their attack by order of Aura. While created in the memory of the original heroes, the knights are incomplete, which is why they look dark and corrupted. The Azure Knights join Haseo's party upon completion of the game.[2]
[edit] Other appearances
In all three books of .hack//Legend of the Twilight, there are mini-comics showing what appears to be a battle between Balmung and Azure Kite. In this, Azure Kite does not take on his "sewn-together" look from G.U., but merely looks like a flaming, evil version of Kite (with the one eye showing, of course). In the last book of, Azure Kite is mentioned by Balmung as the "Azure Flame". right after Balmung is defeated by him. After Balmung says, "This man...That Kite! Not him...!!" Azure Kite Data Drains Balmung moments after. While this was drawn to promote the G.U. series, it is likely not canon due to not fitting with Azure Kite's backstory
Cuts and burns,
Uke kite
