No... I don't think so anyway... As far as I know...
Evolving items are rare things that you can buy at a certain time at the Cash Shop.
Sometimes they can be found in the Marketplace, but obviously at a HIGHER price.
Sorry, but I don't know much about them!

1: click on "Marketplace" then click on "My Store" then on the left hand side of your screen should be
"Sell An Item" (or something like that anyway).
2: Click on it, then choose the item you want to sell.
3: Decide how much you want to sell the item for, and the bidding duration.
4: After that, click on "Next".
5: It then asks you for your pass. (I think it's so they can send the gold to you?)
6: The item is then listed and you're done!
