Sounds like a good method. I'll try it when I go back tomorrow xD my whole team has been doing parkour nonstop, it's actually pretty great, pretty tiring too though.
Yeah, we have one at our school that we practice that on. I can only get up there on my good days lol it's a little taller than that wall I showed you. And of course no bars.
Yeah, my friend actually tried exactly what you just described today and got A LOT higher than usual, it was pretty crazy lol. And yeah, I noticed my pull up was kinda slow, I'm a bit lacking in the upper body strength department, but I'm getting there, slowly but surely haha. I actually went back and re-did that wall run yesterday, while it wasn't faster by a significant amount, I did shorten it up some, so I felt good about that 3nodding and I haven't run into stereotype issues or anyone badmouthing the sport, but my buddy Mark has, needless to say he took a lot of offense stare f bombs were dropped, constantly.
