Greatest Vampire Slayer In The World

Hello, I'm Valerie Steele, Vampire Slayer. I was trained by a vampire, so I'm more than a match for them. I live in Detroit, which has the highest vampire population in the country. More vampires equals more criminal vampires, means I make more money. I'd probaby be at a gallery showing of my artwork today if a vampire hadn't slaughtered my entire family on my sixteenth birthday. Well, as you can see, I've been through a lot.
I'm one of the few slayers with a partner. His name is Vance. He's a very good slayer, but he likes to party too much. His kill record isn't perfect like mine, but then again, there isn't another slayer with a record like mine in the world. I'm not bragging here, although maybe I should let a vampire get away from me every once in a while...yeah, right. I can't let what happened to my family happen to another one. Not if I can help it.

Well, there you have it. This is who I am. Don't be afraid, us slayers aren't all psychos like some people tell you.
