You do it outside you can do it before or after you use the resources from the animal I do it at night the wai wai did it traditionally around a fire staring at the sky they basically say thank you mighty animal for giving us the resources for our tools and clothes and for giving us the food we eat we honor your death and hope you shall forever rest in peace. that is basically what the ritual is and sometimes the wai wai give offerings minor offerings like cloth they made from the creatures skin or tools they made from the creatures bones. I cant do that but I just stare in the sky and say the saying I dont know how the wai wai say it in their language so I just use english

The waiwai do it and many other tribes it is a ritual thanking the spirit of the animal for the resources it provided and to ask for forgiveness for taking his/her life I looked it up on the internet I have been doing it whenever I eat meat ever since

well to a human I could be evil to other animals not really unless I was in the wild and need protein then I would hunt them but do the forgiveness ritual
