This Is Me, Deal With It
My name is Gaku Miragana (my family name means that I stand for all that is true and good, too keep the virtue), I am 17 years old, I pretty much have a normal life like the rest of you, except for one thing; my people and I are part of the Mystics, we are the people responcible for keeping the earth and all the elements in balance. There is only one way to tell if a person is part of the Mystics, and only one way to tell if he is a Gaurdian of the Stones. We all have a black mark on the left side of our stomach, its in the shape of the symbol for the element that rules over us; the Gaurdians have something different, they are known by their eyes, one is a bright green, that will glow in darkness to give us power, and the other eye is the colour of the element we gaurd over. There are five elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, and Light. Together they are powerful, apart they are weak. My parents were both gaurdians, that is why I am now one, as is my brother. However, our parents were forbidden to be together, My mother was the Fire Gaurdian, and my father the Water Gaurdian. I was accepted into our underground society because I took all of my fathers powers, and I now stand as the Mystics Water Gaurdian,this is why I have one jade green eye, and one dark blue eye, both with symbolic meaning, but I have to hide it, I wear coloured contacts when I am outside in the world, so I do not draw attention. However I am quite weak, because my older brother was to train me, but on his 16th birthday, he went rogue, the powers of Fire and Water together inside him took him into darkness and he was cast away never to return to my people. I was terribly saddened because of him leaving me, he protected me, and was the only person who really loved me. My destiny is to gaurd the world from destruction, and to make sure the elements are together in harmony, we are...Mother Nature.I fight to find my brother, and to find a true love to share my element with. When that day comes, I will achieve eternal happiness. Until then, I fight to keep everything at peace!
