Want to Know?

Things to know about me...hmm, let's see.

Religion? I don't really do organized religion. I take pieces from many different faiths and combine them in a way that makes sense to me. And these ideas are open to change, for the most part. I often discuss such things with my closest friends, and their viewpoints inspire new thoughts or change old ones, and vice versa.

I support environmental concerns, though not to an obsessive point. But I do feel that it's our responsibility to take care of the world around us, as we are best equipped to do so (and also the ones who could be in danger of destroying it all in our selfishness).

I'm a grammar nazi. I hate spelling, punctuation, and word usage errors with a vengeance. Some things I'll let slide (especially if I like you) because they save time and space and may be widely accepted. But let me say that your DOES NOT equal you're...nor is their equal to there or they're. Got it?

I don't like being randomly begged to donate money or items. If it's part of your profile, or you ask politely, I might consider it. But please make an effort to talk to me first. I have no qualms about ignoring people I've never seen before that ask me for stuff.

I can be extremely opinionated on subjects that matter to me. (Can you tell?) I'm not trying to alienate anybody (if I am, you'll know...), I just think I'm entitled to my opinion. I can't make you agree, but that works both ways. So let's just try to respect each other. smile
