Hello, im Walter Dimm, and i am the overseer for Project Angel. This project is an undercover military project, but i guess i can tell you. besides, who are you going to tell? *laughs* no media will believe that a secret military base is taking people and souping up children to grow up to be killing machines. Our goal is to one day have a military that is armed only with the finest soldiers. now of course, not all of our soldiers are alike. we have several different models. what we do is we inject each subject with an advancement drug, and the drug affects certain parts of the body. we cannot pick what kind of affects take place, but we are currently Beta Testing that.
