Why is Bandai getting involved in it?

I mean I know they created the games to .hack and stuff but still...it's not like The World R:1 or R:2 is anything that is super amazing with real deal events and suprises and stuff.

It's just a free online game, why can't they let kids have fun? D: So not cool of them.
