The name's Rachael. The only other name I really go by on here is Mikey, but if you want to come up with something, feel free. I'm really laid back and nice. At first, I might seem a little intimidating, but really, I'm a huge nerd. All I talk about is band and music.

Music is my life, and I'm not just saying it. I want to major in music education when I go to college. I love everything about it. Plain and simple. My music tastes ranges from Taylor Swift up to Slipknot. I love big band, jazz, and anything that requires a huge ensemble of people, like soundtrack music and classical music (the Romantic period is my favorite). I don't really like heavy rap, nor death metal. Country is depressing, but Taylor Swift is ok. Um, anything else, you'd just have to ask me.

I love Jesus. He's pretty cool.

Writing is one of my other passions. I've been doing it since I was really little. Heck, in the second grade or so, I wrote a book, taped cardboard to the front and back, covered the cardboard in tinfoil and wrote my name on it. It's still around here somewhere, but yes, I've written a book before ;]

When I write, I never finish anything. I'll get really involved in what I'm doing, but then I'll lost interest and then completely blow it off and start a new story. It's really sad.

I like to think I'm multi-talented. I play the flute, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, can keep a simple beat on the drums, sing, and play the cello (still slightly new to me).

I'm 18 years old, and am completely terrified to graduate high school and go to college.

Super-late response, but hi again. ^^
Yeah, sci-fi seems like one of the hardest genres to write. I think it's fun, but hard to keep the story going and keep it believable. Romance is fun to write too. I never write a story without throwing some romance into it. Although I've never tried to write a straight-up love story. Hmmm, maybe I should try sometime. XD
