Why do the people who have no useful abilities or knowledge *always* end up in charge of the people who DO?
... I guess that's why we end up doing design and programming -- vectored images and nested loops are easy. Trying to guess what the hell an employer or customer actually wants, that's the mystery! rofl

Oh gods, this woman... I'm assigned a project, "just get it done, I know it'll be great." I bring the rough to show her, point out the core elements and where I'll need information from whoever else... and suddenly, she's heard from this or that other person, whose input totally changes everything, and why don't I check in with her about these things?! God save me from micro-managers with ADD.

Oh, but I should have said university, right? Because in Europe College is the last two years of highschool. Here they are treated as synonyms. And yeah, it's a lot more productive than what I was doing in highschool(I bet that's also called something different)
