... -_-; Yeah, I know.

My father was just out here from Cali. I was so sick when he came to my house that I was unable to stand for more then 10 seconds at a time.
He proceeded to giving me a stern talking to about the state of my house (which was not that bad, I had a few dishis and a mess under the kitchen table I was unble to clean up yet), but he was kind enough wish me well before he left. I missed almost 3 days of work, total, from this. Plus the fact the only nice thing he could say to me was, "Good job on the grades, keep it up." Mid you I'm mantaining a 4.0 right now. Nothing about how I'm doing at my part-time job, and I was even criticized on my parenting skills.
It was a great visit I tell you. Can't wait to see him next year...

Ouch. Really? That's not only unusual, but odd seeing as your not at a high-end job.
I hope your able to start moving yourself forward. Even parents can restrict you from moving forward.
My mother was that way. It use to hurt so bad to tell her no, but not it just bothers me some.
My father is no problem though. lol I will be luck to be as sucessful as him. *daydreams about supassing her father*

My bank account has no hold on what will make me more money.
As I keep going, I make more money. Pooh on my bank account.

Well that all depends.
You could say I'm going for my CPA, but in reality I'm a dual major of accounting and business.
I will be taking it as far as I can.

Good for you. I love college.
Of course the way things are going in my life and what I'm working for, I will never be out of college.
So I damn well better like it, huh?
I work part-time at an office. (35-39 hours a week is still part-time.)
I have only been able to take 2 classes a quarter so far. Of couse my college is going to sememsters soon.
It's to try to help people transfer easier. I'm greatful for it.
Look at me jabbering on, sorry 'bout that. ^^;

Let me guess your still in highschool?
No wait Jr high?
That's the great thing about places like gaia.
We never have to know and we never have to care.
Friends should be judged by charactor and commonality (I think I just made a new word)
not age and responciblity levels.

Today is my birthday, and I'm 26!
Just think, when I double my life I'll have to come terms with dying.
...
Although, I'm pretty excepting with it now.
Hmmm... Nah, I'm really more of a kid. I don't think I can ever grow up.
