About
What to say about me, hm? I'm an avid roleplayer and gamer, although I tend to split my time between the two poorly. I also adore a variety of musicians and bands, such as Lindsey Stirling, Icon For Hire and Linkin Park. I'm your run of the mill nerd as well. I have read more books than you could fit in a Bag of Holding, and games wise, I play everything from Pokemon, to Gears of War, to Final Fantasy, to Octopath Traveler, Tales, Dragon Quest, Halo, Dragon Ball Xenoverse, Xenoblade, Assassin's Creed, Skyrim, Fallout, Forza, Need for Speed, Kingdom Hearts, Etrian Odyssey, Persona, Shin Megami Tensei, God of War, Dragon Age, Mass Effect. The list is nearly endless. When I'm not gaming, reading, or roleplaying, I tend to be in an on again, off again relationship with my darling depression. I battle a few mental issues, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD and PTSD. I am transgender, MTF, and for the most part gay. Occasionally a guy will come along who I'd go around with, but they are few and far between. It took me a long time to come to grips with my gender identity and sexuality, as neither of them were looked on kindly by my family.
I am quite shy and reserved at first, at least until I get acquainted with people or if there are friends backing me up. I am easily embarrassed, but love to trot out a variety of puns, most of them pretty corny. For example:
Knock Knock
Who's there?
Doctor!
Doctor Who?
Yes, that's right. Now where did I leave my TARDIS?
Ok, that was pretty bad. But they can get worse. I will fight to the death for friends or family and would go to any lengths to protect them. In terms of intellect, I have a lot of book smarts. But I lack a good deal of street smarts or common sense, and I'm the clumsiest person you'll ever meet. I'm kinda immature, even at 28, and still giggle a little at names such as Fanny Chmelar and Rusty Kuntz, or when I get the ticket number '69' at the deli.
Basically, I'm an enigma within a paradox within a mystery within the Matrix within a floofy, affectionate, slightly awkward and very geeky male body. By the way, you can call me Cheshy, Chesh, Nata or Nate.
