Yeah, I probably would drive at night, but I live on backroads and near mountains and whatnot, so there are deer and raccoons and hillbillies everywhere just waiting around a bend, and boy do they love the night.

But wow I always thought of Connecticut as being cool. What happened?

I've never been as that far north, in America at least. :] A couple of years ago, I went to Scotland.... I'd love to go back; it was amazing. Except I hate the cold. It was always cold. Ha and it was summer, and they'd been having a heatwave the week before, so I packed clothes for a typical spring or summer day. Then I got there and the temperature suddenly dropped, and they had unseasonably cold weather. So I wound up buying a scarf in August.



Haha yeah, I hate mornings. But coffee's amazing.

Wednesday morning, I passed two people driving tractors to work. Apparently, they were everywhere. It was countywide "Tractor Day." Like I said, there are hillbillies. Sometimes I wonder why West Virginia is the butt of so many jokes, and then I see that kind of thing. Ha.

But I love the country. Cities are nice, but they're too cluttered. =/

Just do it when no one's looking.

Or get a stupid co-worker to do it for you. That way, you can get the smashing taken care of, and get rid of an obnoxious fellow employee.



Kind of random, but not really: a few years ago, I was sitting in my room at home, and my dad came to the foot of my stairs and said, "Hey, would you call your mother for me?"

And I asked, "Why?"

So he came up my stairs, while saying, "I'll need her at the hospital," and when he gets to the top, he's holding just one paper towel up against his head, which is bleeding profusely. He'd been trying to pry up a concrete step from behind the house, and the crowbar snapped in half and part of it flew back and hit him.

He's quite accident-proned, but he's still one of the most successful and brightest people I know.



Anyway, I haven't accomplished much this weekend. I just went to visit my grandmother for three days. Oo It was her eighty-fifth birthday. So I watched Reno 911 and the Grudge, and played Rock Band, which I'd never played before. It was kind of pointless. But it was fun, and there was a lot of good food. :]

Then it was a five-hour trip home. Eww. People cannot drive.
