Nightmare Box is an item you use, not wear. It's a chance item, so when you use it, it randomly generates a new item of varying value and/or purpose. Basically, it's like a random item. The Nightmare Box itself has a few cool spawns, which I'm actually not sure of, but you can google it. I remember one is some kind of lace? They're all demonic. Anyway, Gaia used to sell Nightmare Boxesin the Cash Shop about a year or so ago, but they're discontinued. If you want one now, you best buy one from me smile
