My name is Leanna. I grew up with my mother in the town of Midgar, where she worked for the ShinRa Electric Power Company. Unbeknownst to me, when my mother was a teenager, she had an affair with Soon-To-Be-President Rufus Shinra himself, the result being me. They never told anyone, fearing if his enemies found out...well...bad things would happen. So, my mother always told me my father was "Rufa Shinfus". Yeah, I'm surprised I never caught on either.
Anyway, my mother made Reno my godfather. Reno is a Turk, one of Dad's bodyguards. Mother always felt that we got along together the best, although we showed it by calling eachother "brat", "lazy a**", "dumbass", and sometimes even things I don't really like to type... Even though we didn't act like it, deep down, Reno and I really cared about eachother.
One day, I came home to a horrible sight. My mother was dead on her desk. Everything in the room was covered in blood, and at the window I saw him. It was Sephiroth, and he leapt out of the window with an evil smirk. That day, I vowed I'd see him dead. Despite Reno's many protests, I went out and joined forces with Cloud's team.
There were many attempts to get me away from them by the Turks. I think you can guess why, so I won't explain it.
After Sephiroth was killed, I went to live with Reno in his crappy apartment. Two years later, I came down with geostigma. Not fun. That got me into quite a lot of trouble with a group of Sephiroth look-alikes. then, my Dad decided to tell me I was his daughter when one of them had me at the point of his sword. Reeeaaal smart, Dad.
Now that that's all over, I'm living with my Dad peacefully. It's quite nice when things aren't trying to kill you.
