lol sorry about that.

go to the drop-down menu for "MyGaia" and go to "Account". then, on the right, click the link that says "multimedia". there will be a box where you put the video link in, but you can't just put in the direct link for the video.

open another window/tab and go to tektek.org. after that, click on "gaia profiles". near the top will be a link that says "youtube video". put the link into the box and click "convert". it should give you a new link, which you'll copy and paste onto the box on the gaia site (the box in the multimedia section of your account...).

then you can preview the video and submit it. after, should be able to see the video on your profile. i don't know what to do if the video isn't from youtube though...
