Xyberx is the king of Necropolis. Xyberx's real form is only seen while he is in his undead city. While Xyberx is in Necropolis, he upholds Necropolis's law at all times. Xyberx has his full power at his command, which he use's to enforce Necropolis's law at all times. Xyberx's word is the last word in Necropolis, with some exceptions only know to him and those close to him.

Nemis, whose power is more than his body lets on, is Xyberx's adviser. Nemis is highly protected, and well taken care of. Nemis never leaves Xyberx's side when he is in Necropolis. When Xyberx is away he spends his time wandering the city. Nemis is probably the only person other than Xyberx who knows the city like the back of his hand.

History: A long time ago there was nothing, and in this nothing there was creation. The gods created life, and death. Light and darkness, both good and evil. I, Xyberx, and neither good, nor, evil. I serve a higher purpose. Long ago, I was created, I found this life, void of any good life. I was sentenced to eternity to watch over the dead, I had been put in charge of Necropolis. The city of the un-dead. I, as the king of Necropolis, was cast as evil, corrupt, and unfaithful, sought only to rid this world of its evil, only, in a different way. I now command the ranks of the un-dead, as well as my wife, Kyri. Together we are the King and queen of Necropolis.
