I know the feeling! I'm not usually satisfied with my outfits either, but when I make a good one I usually stick to it for years cat_whee

also I tend to make pink/maid outfits since everyone thinks its cute and I keep getting gifts like that cat_xp

The character from it is katya-- if you go to google, there are pictures of her in a very similar outfit to yours, with a hat as well. Though it's just plain white. It's a good show. One of those animated ones, though.
