Umm... That depends on how good your art is? It varies by shop. I charge about 8k for a regular sketched full body picture. I don't really do enough sketches to make tons of gold off of it, I mainly just do it because it's enjoyable.

Well, for me an average drawing takes 30min to an hour.

Then I have to color it.

By hand.

Cuz I dun have the photoshop.

It's a longer process but I've only been drawing for a couple months and no one taught me.
