Nissa isn't banned anywhere. She's just rotated out of Standard, is all.

The DCI are the people who set up the official tournament rules. They're also the ones who are in charge of the banned and restricted lists. Problem is, in the case of Vintage and Legacy, they don't really have a good handle on the situation, and make a lot of mistakes about what to restrict/ban and what to unrestrict/ban.

Banshi? No, no, we're not related at all. My wife doesn't post in TTG anymore, she's more in the Exchange, GCD, and ventures into the Chatterbox and Site Feedback once in a while. She quit Magic a while back when the DCI restricted Brainstorm in Vintage. I almost quit with her, and I still think it was a jerk move by the DCI.

Nah, it's an engineer/programmer thing (which is predominately male).
As far as the age guessing, I'm pretty sure I've posted my exact age somewhere (or my birthday is visible), and I know my wife has mentioned it before. I also know you've met her.
