Well of course there is the frostbite blade, and the snow witch. Off the top of my head here is a good ice themed avi.
Superior form- the silver skin
Elemental Hair- element of ice
Frostbite blade x2- the snowflake wings
That's all you absolutely need for an ice avi. Then just get a good white and blue theme going for the clothes. If you want more MCs then the whip of ice is always a good choice. Avoid the Ice tiara, it's hideous and completely useless. It doesn't go well with any of the ice items.
Also you should pick up the cash shop snow item. I'm sure it would have something you can use.
