A wise man once said that Rape is just Surprise Sex. Now, if I had sex with someone for my birthday without me having prior notice [and thus, being surprise], that could count as rape.

No, rape is not formal.

You move around a lot because you're usually trying to get away from the rapist.
Rape can get messy when the rapist plans on killing you.
