True.

Light Miracle Whip, maybe?
Light mayo sounds better to me.

I wonder if I should add my mum's choco mayo cake recipe.
Oo. Fairy cookies should definately go up.

Plain yogurt could work. I think I've heard of it before.
Awesome thread! Here's my recipe for microwaved pancakes!

Pancakes ala Microwave
Difficulty: stressed
Appliances Needed: Microwave, microwave safe plate, fork, and possibly a second plate to put finished pancakes on.

Ingredients
- 1 Bisquik Shake 'n' Pour Pancake Mix
- Enough water to fill up to the fill line on the Bisquik bottle.
- Butter or non-stick cooking spray - something that can grease your plate.
- Your favorite pancake toppings! 4laugh

Directions
1. Grease your microwave safe plate. I used butter. Whatever you use, coat the plate well.
2. Open the Pancake Mix and fill up to the fill line. This should be on the side of the bottle. Do not fill up to the top with water like I did the first time because I did not see the fill line. Too much water will ******** up your pancakes.
3. Remember to put the lid back on and then shake it like a poloroid picture.
4. Pour a pancake sized puddle of batter onto your greased plate. If you are unsure, start with a smaller pancake.
5. Microwave on high. I'm not giving you a time. You must watch your pancake because every microwave is different. My microwave can cook my pancake in 30-35 seconds depending on size.
6. Remove from microwave and gently take off plate with fork.
7. Load up with your favorite toppings and relish in the pancake's tasty goodness.

Thin Mint Knockoffs
Appliances Needed: Microwave

Taki's Level of Difficulty for the Average College Student: heart

A recipe jacked from Semi-Homeade with Sandra Lee. No more buying Girl Scout Thin Mints!

1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
vanilla wafers

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chips with the peppermint in 20 second sessions (so the chocolate won't burn). Stir after each session until the chocolate is melted. Dip the vanilla wafers in the chocolate until they are coated. Chocolate will be hot, so be careful. Put them on a cooking rack or a sheet of parchment paper. If the chocolate hardens in the bowl before you're done, just reheat it.
