Do you use photoshop?

Hey Libra, if you're around? :O How'd you get the outline around your text in the plushie tag background? :3

In photoshop if you select the text ( after simplifying the layer) you drag it a little so the letters are outlined. Then go to edit there you should see Stroke (outline) selection. From there its pretty easy =)
