Welcome, everyone, to The ZZN Charity v 2.0. I'm Nommie, your trusted charity mule. I'll do my best to guide you through the application process. Be careful, though. As in the original thread, the rules for applications are scattered all over the page! Like here, for instance: You must have a quest thread to be eligible for a donation. They won't all be that obvious, but they're not too hard to find. Newbies and experienced questers alike are both welcome here!

About The ZZN
The ZZN was founded November 16, 2005 by zeroSenshi12 and ramaena. It began as a charity for newbies only, but we soon removed that restriction. Soon we were joined by our trusty and loved staff, Altairx1, Ixaix, ShadowFox280025, Kiyoske Dante, Yang Lu Chan, and Creiaei. zero and ra are both very busy with school, as zero is an honors student and ra is in a sorority. They try to drop in as much as possible (zero is in on the weekends), but for now, the staff members are in charge. Please be polite, and be sure to say thank you after I have sent a donation to you, or the trade will be canceled.

--If you're familiar with the original thread, you'll notice some changes. We no longer list donors, donatees, or contest winners. This is much easier on us. The locations of the rules have moved around a bit, too. The Links post was largely cleaned out. We're starting anew with this thread, and most of the old links were to dead or closed threads. We have very simple headers and no art, which will change soon, but for now, I think simplicity is the way to go.

2/11/08: The ZZN v 2.0 is opened. Newbies are to post their applications in blue, and questers are to post theirs in green.

1. Follow Gaia's ToS (Terms of Service).

2. Be polite. Please.

3. Do not beg.

4. Please don’t post your application more than once. A staff member will let you know if you have applied correctly. If you made a mistake, you can try again until you get it right!

5. You are considered a newbie if you have more than 150 but less than 500 posts. If you have more than 500, you are considered a quester. ***An easy way to check: Go to Forums. Click “Find My Own Posts”. If you have 501 results, you’re a quester.) Another way: Your Old-School Profile should tell you right under your avatar. Your new-style profile has a box called "Forums" that tells you how many posts you have.

6. Please link to us (the banner code is in the Link post) in your quest thread to spread the word about the charity. (Not a requirement, but a link would be nice!) [old rule from the very beginning of the original thread! o.0]

7. No mules may apply for a donation or participate in contests. In other words, main accounts only. However, you may bump/chat to your heart's content with mules, but they may not count for your application bumps.

8. If it has been over a week and you have not received a donation or been acknowledged by a staff member, we have probably missed your application. In this case, you should re-post it and refer to the page(s) on which you bumped.

9. You may apply for a donation once per quest.

10. Suggestions are very welcome! Please feel free to post suggestions in this thread or PM me. We are always in need of good contest ideas, too. (And if I have any errors on the front page, feel free to correct me! I am by no means close to perfect!)

Newbies should format applications bold, and questers should format theirs underlined.
