Please do not advertise in the thread.

Please do not spam the thread.

Please do NOT PM artists or staff members unless instructed to do so.

Please do not bug us about your order. The Sales post is updated frequently, and if you really want to know when you will get your order, please check there.

Please do not harrass or flame other people.

Please do not stretch the page or quote the first page.

Please do not use foul language, excessive "chatspeak," or otherwise make a fool out of yourself in this thread. We will report you.

Ordering Rules

Please refer to the Inventory Website for what is available, and post your order in the thread here.

Send ALL trades to HolidayJubilee. If we do not receive a trade, you will not receive your order.

DO NOT PM your orders to HolidayJubilee; they will be ignored.

Please do NOT PM the artists or staff members! If you have a question, post in the thread and one of the shop staff members will help you.

If you feel your question has been overlooked, you may PM HolidayJubilee.

Please use the provided form. It makes your order much easier to find and faster to fill.

Please be patient when waiting for your order. It's a big collective and it takes time to put each order together to send out.

Look through the website and pick what items you would like to order.

Fill out an order form (included below) and post it in the thread.

Please only group items by the same artist.
In other words, don't write something like "Artists 1 & 2 - Item 1 of 1st Artist, 4 & 5 of 2nd Artist - Total Price." However, something like "Artist A - Items 1, 2, 3 - Total Price" is fine.

If you are ordering avatar edits, please add those last and follow any special instructions posted on the website (some may include a specific order form).

Send a trade to HolidayJubilee for the amount of your order. Do not send trades to artists!
You do not need to wait for any confirmation of your order to send the trade.
Unpaid orders will be ignored! PLEASE include the page number of your order in your trade!

All participating artists receive 50% off of their order.
Artists should take the discount off each time they order.

Orders will be filled in order of the page they were posted on if the trade has been completed. To view the status of your order and your place in line, please refer to the Sales post.

Your order will be sent to you via PM once the trade has been completed. If you have PMs set to private, we have no way of sending you your order!
Avatar edits and certed items will be PMed to you separately by the artist.

Please save all images to your own server as soon as you get them.

This section contains a special list for avatar edit orders.
Please pay attention to any instructions that may be listed on the website with the edits.
All edits require a naked avatar base, but some may require a bald base if a wig is included.
Note that avatar edits will generally be sent by the editor.
If you ordered an edit and it isn't listed here, politely post in the thread.

As-is edit orders will be listed in the normal Sales post.
