How to play:
1. Send trade with title "roulette # __" to selcross to bet. First bet cost 1.5k.
2. Wait until we draw a number (randomize one).
3. There can't be more than one person per number.
4. game ends every week (Saturday) unless there are less than 5 persons who participated.
It will be extended another week if that happens

For additional betting:
* If you want to bet more than once per round, you must pay extra:
100g- for 2nd bet
200g- for 3rd bet
and so on.

How/what to win:
someone got exact number:
1st place (exact number)= item (check out the list)

noone got exact exact number
1st place (closest number)= double the bet (3k)
2nd place= wins gold back
