Spirits of Nazia:
All spirits are born at the center of Elohino, in a sacred forest filled with mystery dubbed by the people as Nazia. Tribes from all over will bring down fallen trees of this forest back to their village. There they will carve them into totems with faces of the animal spirits. From doing so, some believe it will help incite the spirits to make the totem their home and in return watch over the village. Others believe that the spirits that inhabit the totems are the physical manifestation of their prayers.
Since totems are deemed very precious gifts of the land, a worthy guardian is appointed to watch over it. When the totem spirit appears, the guardian works as the spirit’s partner of sorts.
Whatever the case may be, all totems bring about the help of 5 different animals- wolf, puma, crow, elk, and bear.
They all begin the same as small weak beings, only half formed and ephemeral. After time they fully pass into the physical plane, continuing to grow bigger and stronger.
It is said that totems can only reach adulthood when their guardian has spent a lot of time with them, causing their life energies to mingle and let it enter its most powerful stage.
(( Totems will stop growing at the Young Stage if ignored. To grow to adults, you must frequently stop by the shop and/or RP in the guild ))
The totem animals also hold an affinity to a certain element of life, each one necessary to keep the balance between humans and nature.
Sun Wolf Totem
The wolf spirit harks the balance between yourself and others. In the land of Elohino, it holds the greatest message, and the greatest power. The bells they carry ring clear to signify all is well. The spirits that emerge from these totems vary in how they believe this “balance” is to be achieved and maintained. Most take the stance of guardian and overseer of their respective tribe, but there are the cases of wolves that see that the humans or certain others only create disharmony and must be driven off the lands in order to keep the balance of nature. All tribes are glad to receive the blessings of a benevolent wolf.
Wind Puma Totem
Like the graceful wind that whisks past, their speed holds the teachings of quick decisive action. Lion spirits take pride in their strength and duty, for they bring change to the lands. They are the harbingers of seasons, the gates to winter, and the journeymen of spring. To them, change is needed…change is good.
Tribes that live in regions touched by all seasons welcome these great cats.
Rain Crow Totem
The great birds of the rain. They are teachers of healing, but also masters of illusion. These wise spirits tend to keep to themselves, allied with neither land nor humans. They like to watch and listen, sometimes playing jokes on both sides. But they are generally good-natured and detest imbalance. They are the first to message warning to all at any sign of chaos.
Tribes who advocate peace and learn the healing properties of water praise the crow.

Snow Elk Totem
Seers of ice and snow, the elk-kyn are a moody breed. Their unpredictability can bless the land with a light sprinkle of snow, or pound the earth in a white blizzard. They’re uncanny recklessness bring the teachings of freedom and agility. They can leap across the lands endlessly, through forest and meadow, to the highest peak, and the lowest mountain. Suffice to say they love lofty places that lift their hearts high to the heavens.
Mountain tribes admire this swift-footed spirit and live a relaxed life amongst the snowy crags.
Cloud Bear Totem
The bear spirit is a reminder of the great circle of life and rebirth, renewal and fresh beginnings. They retreat back into their totems in the winter months, rejuvenating their strength, then return in the spring stronger than ever. They lumber across the lands slow and steady, bringing peace and security in their wake. These spirits are at odds with the crow, friends one moment, enemies the next. The tribes say that light rains are the signs of friendly conversation between bear and crow, while angry storms mean that bear and crow are arguing.
Warlike tribes, who favor strength above all else, follow the bear in its steady path through life.
Just because a tribe is keen to gain favors of certain spirits, it is not unusual for the other spirit animals to align with that tribe as well.
Symbiotes
After endless weeks of meditation and experience, the totem spirit and guardian become so attuned with one another that they combine their essences into one new and more enlightened being.
This new stage in evolution is only brought about through dedicated rp-age. These are unique and originally drawn stages that reflect how you role-played your totem and guardian characters.
