Just a little art contest I want to hold all are welcome

Art will begin to be accepted on January First 2009 and must be in by January First 2010

My goal is to give everyone who enters at least something by the end of the contest.

9/7/09 At college now, the monthly collectibles have been bought! And I'm now filling art requests.
8/18/09 Loved all the tekteks and love the entries for Mojito =] thanks guys! heart
8/8/09 haha forgot to edit. TekTek mini is open!!!
8/4/09 Voting has begun, and i bought the August letter.
8/2/09 Mini contest is almost up for voting! I will also be drawing some art freebies for people.
7/14/09 Added freebs BIRTHDAY COMING UP SOON!!!
7/8/09 so my life is hectic as usual, but I've bought the July MC's and am back from camping and finnaly have a minute to breath so I can update this better. Plus there is a contest that will start soon as i finish setting it up. It won't run for very long, maybe a week or two.

5/22/09 Better Reference Sheets for OC characters coming soon
5/8/09 Andrew is the first to bump to 50, he will receive a free art from me.
5/4/09 Added three new avatars, uploaded 6 new entries, and bought the sealed envelope for May.
4/27/09 thunderstorms, internet failure, and the prom. gonk things like that have been keeping me from updating this month. I have the sealed letter for the month, way back in the beginning of the month even o.O and will be trying to advertise more soon.

Rules
I'm not very big on rules but i do have some that i want to be followed.
1- Please be kind to others, if you don't like something, and you can't say it without being mean, don't say it.
2- It's a really important thing to have fun. So have fun!
3- If you ever have any questions feel free to PM me.
4- You can post the entries in the forum but if it's not on the front page or in the photobucket account send me a quick PM I may have missed it. But please don't get mad at me, i didn't avoid it for a reason =3
5- Please mark the art as yours somehow, and try not to do it with a watermark.
6- If you stole the art you submitted from someone else you will be disqualified and will not receive any prizes..
7- There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit
8- if you PM me an entry please put "AMP" as the subject.
9- horror= lined paper, its one of those pet peeves i've picked up from my dad. You have a higher chance of winning if you use things other than lined paper =D

I have many original characters and if you don't like the ones I have up here but want to draw an original character please send me a PM and I will post some more. i don't really have refrence pictures for any of them yet.

Name: Jason (nickname: Shadow)
Gender: male
Appearance: Spiky dark brown almost black hair. Brown eyes. Muscular but not to an extreme.
Personality: Laid back, a bit of a pervert, cocky
Clothes: Sporty clothes, nothing really tight. Blacks and reds. Fire patterns if any pattern. A black,red,and silver bead bracelet.
Ect stuff: Married to Kitami and has a kid and another on the way. Looks like an elf but ears can be pointed or human. Age appearance is 20ish. Actual age is really really old. (my own created species) Likes basketball and fighting. He's best with a sword and a pistol. Very much in love with Kitami. has a scar down his back.
When the bracelet is removed he turns evil, turning into a shadow creature. He can melt with shadows when it's on his entire figure just turning black. Basically he gets the nickname from his shadow abilities.

Name: Kitami
Gender:female
Appearance: Asian kind of look, brown eyes, long black hair that usually is up in a style like my avatars.
Personality: Very flirtatious
Clothes: Tight flirty clothes. Likes jumpsuits
Ect stuff: married to Shadow. has a kid and another on the way. Very much in love with shadow. looks about 19 years old (same species as Shadow) sometimes has neko ears and tail.
Refrences: Good Example of clothes style and the ear/tail

Name: Adralea (lea)
Gender: Female
Appearance: 3 years old. Black hair brown eyes.
Personality: very happy, and caring
Clothes: this is very open and up to you artists =]
Ect stuff: Likes flowers. shadow and kitami's daughter
Refrences:X

Name: Mystery
Gender:Female
Appearance: Tan skin, Redish hair (haven't decided style or lenght, so have fun =])and green eyes.
Personality: Quiet but loves nature. fierce fighter. doesn't speak much.
Clothes: Things that are easy to move in. Green in color, and usually summer wear. barefoot or those leather boot things. (can also be tan clothes)
Ect Stuff: Elf princess, but hates the princess life and left to protect the forest on the borders of her kingdom.
Refrences: Her princess version

I love to draw, read, and write.
I like fantasy (tamora pierce is my favorite) and i also believe in supernatural things. This includes ghosts and tarot cards. 4laugh

Point System

5 points if you keep my banner in your signature for 3 weeks
5 points if someone comes in and submits an art and says they were recruited by you
Bump 50 times = 5 points
Bump 100 times = 10 points
Bump 150 times = 20 points
Donations: 1k = 5 points
Item Donations: By value same as gold donations. I will round up.

I will give away free arts to whoever I feel like it.
Points go towards my art shop that I will be opening. You can buy art with points.
