              Welcome to the Caramelldansen Corner!

              The name basically says it all I guess: I make Caramelldansens. If you're new to the internet, maybe
              you haven't heard of it. It was/is a meme (fad) that circulated/circulates with characters from all over
              (anime, manga, games, tv, Oc's) dancing to a remixed Swedish song. Catch the original on youtube:

              This shop provides quality recreations of the Caramelldansen animation for Gaian avatars as well as
              OC and fan-art, as long as the reference pictures are clear and simple.

              Orders Closed

              I am now closing orders. I should have done this a while ago, but I seem to have less and less time
              for this and so it's unfair to anyone who has ordered and wont get their art for a long time because
              I don't want to turn down new orders. Until I whittle down that second page order list to something
              semi-reasonable, say 10 orders maybe-ish, then I will no longer be accepting new orders. Sorry folks.
              You may still amend your orders, or completely change them if you want and have already ordered, but
              you cannot add orders or characters (say you have ordered one single dansen and want to make it a
              double, I wont accept because it technically counts as two orders in one). You may change the items,
              ref. pics, price, gender, colours, background, etc .... as much as you want, but just remember to post it
              here and to edit your original post.

              3. Don't edit the art. I allow people to reduce the quality/size for bandwidth purposes, but that is all
              4. FOLLOW THE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS!
              5. I reserve the right to edit/change these rules whenever
              6. By accepting my art, you accept that it can be used by me as a sample or as part of my shop formatting
              7. No art stealing! - don't claim it as your own
              8. Not first come, first serve - I choose art based on ease, user activity on Gaia, price, etc...

              Bumping is accepted, but try to take part in conversations, it's more fun that way.

              I try to always put my signature on the art, but I often forget. If anyone asks about my work, just
              redirect them to this shop.

              If you do not fill out all of the form parts (eg. you say 'current avatar' for image), then I will not accept
              your order! For the item list, either list the items yourself or provide a tektek link.

              In Misc. you can ask for specifics - a white outline, extra animations, item modifications, etc ...

              eg: An order of a single dansen would look like:

              Account Name: Kelzvieira
              Avatar: User Image
              Item List:
              Payment: 100k pure
              Background: Pale blue with lighter circles
              Misc.: No white outline around the character, a black border around the whole image and the
              butterfly on my cane to flutter.


              All orders will be given in less than 100kb - to conform to Gaia's signature restriction rules.
              This will most likely affect the quality of the art. If you don't want the image to be used for Gaia signatures,
              say so and request a specific file limit if you have one.

              EDITING ORDERS - If you plan to edit your order, post in the thread and edit your original order
              as well! This helps me keep track of things. The same applies for canceling an order - orders
              cannot be cancelled once on the front page waiting list. If you are still on the second page orders list,
              then you may cancel your order any time you wish.

              Before I begin the art, I will PM you to make sure: a) you still want your art; b) your order is
              final - you are allowed last minute, small changes; and c) that you are still active. Make sure that
              your PMs, or your profile isn't set to 'friends only' so I have at least one method of contact

              Ok, so all my artists quit and I'm at the end of my first university year, so giving away art is too tough,
              but giving away gold isn't!
              That's right, a new contest with cold hard cash (well, gold) as the prize. Originally it was meant as payment,
              but no one claimed it and now it can be yours!
              What kind of contest is it, I hear you ask? Simple, Every now and then, I will post a contest token:

              The first person to reply after that post quoting the picture, wins the token. First person to reach 5 tokens,
              is the first place winner! Second becomes first runner, then third, second runner up. Prizes are as follows:

              1st Place - 50,000 gold & a coloured chibi!
              1st Runner Up - 20,000 gold & a chibi sketch
              2nd Runner Up - 10,000 gold & a scribble headshot

              As with any contest, there are certain rules that need to be followed:
              1. When quoting the token, post the picture as well as the text in my post that says "Contest Token"
              in the same format as in my post.
              2. I will keep a record of all verified winners - ie. don't claim you have won unless I have verified
              that you complied with all the rules.
              3. I will not post the token unless at least 5 pages have past since the last token - so post people!
              4. Anyone deemed to be exhibiting bad behaviour will be ineligible to win this contest.
              5. If anyone ties for second or third place, the prize will go to whoever achieved the last token first.
              6. I reserve the right to add to or change the rules and/or prizes at my discretion.
