7. No advertising (threads, quests, etc)
8. Label your trades with "2 million lotto" and # of tickets wanted
9. Do not quote the first page.

If you find yourself on the black list, you may still participate in the raffle, but you may not participate in any of the other contests. If you win the raffle and your on the black list, for every "[x]" you get, 500,000 gold will be taken away and given to people on the white list. When you are put on the blacklist for one reason, you will not have a "[x]" so you can still participate in the contest. After you make another mistake, you will get a "[x]".
