Benign: Subject is just a ghost. May not know they are dead yet.
Hostile: Subject has made overt threats against GPIS members or other gaians, and has tried to carry them out. Some subjects may make idle threats. THIS DOES NOT REQUIRE A RE-CLASSIFICATION. Making threats is just their way of dealing with being dead. There are FOUR Types which are defined below.
TYPE 1: Mostly Harmless, more prank like than anything else. However intent to do real harm is present.
TYPE 2: Real harm present, non life threatening. These actions are sometimes those they carried out in life. Harmful act must be overt.
TYPE 3: Any and all encounters with Hostile possibly fatal. Should not be approached by the public without GPII supervision/aid. See Subject Lead for rules of Conduct.
TYPE 4: Keter class Subject. See Director for instructions on how to deal with Subject. Team Leads are to remove any and all non-GPII persons from a three thread radius of the Subject.
Use of Force Restrictions:
Reactionary: Any actions taken by the Subject to do harm to any and all Gaians is to be rebuked with equal force. No lasting damage should be inflicted upon the subject. Nor should capture be used as a method unless otherwise specified or as option of last resort.
Deseret: Preventative measures are to be taken to hem in the Subject. Capture may be used, but long term storage is not an option. Non-GPII involvement is to be restricted if at all possible.
Discretionary: Any and all force is permissible to achieve the objective. Fatal force is permissible.
